looking for manual trading platform to cryptocurrencies personalized for my work tool

I’m looking for a programmer to help me with an unfinished project, I has an error that I believe it is simple to solve. It is a Bitcoin Trading Bot that was to be done in one month and it has been 7 months already and a programmer from UpWork platform wasn’t able to finish it because of a lack of professionalism and commitment. He gave me several dates and did none. I can’t have this kind of problem again. Please, be professional, to be late with a project once or twice is fine, I understand, but this was too much.

If you can make it, and I like the way you work, I have another project that is much bigger. It’s a Professional Manual Trading Platform of Cryptocurrencies, I’m writing it yet. It will be a mix of tools from several Professional Platforms already existing in the financial market around the world, but mainly from Brazil and the USA. I’ll explain it in details with a Word document posteriorly.

Requirements:
- Experience with financial market or Cryptocurrencies market or related
- Experience with Financial Market Trading Platform or Cryptocurrencies Trading Platform or related
- Be good in Math and Algorithm Trading (you will use it a lot)
- Ability to speak Portuguese is an asset because it is my mother tongue
- To live in Brazil will be preferable (but just because you will able to use trials of professional Brazilians platforms which I want to show some tools)
- About the payment, I’d like to do it in parts as you show me the project being done, eg. every concluded stage and presented to me will be paid, and so until the end. To be agreed between fixed price or hourly.

It’s gonna be a big job and I want it to be perfect for this will be my working tool. And it might be necessary more than one developer, so I'll make some questions like a interview before hiring you.
