Looking for partnership building information security framework for Chinese companies.

Hi,

Im a consultant working for a direct selling company headquartered in China - 200 internal employees and a network of dealers.

We are looking for a partner to help propose and build a company wide framework (including management of work devices, personal devices, data storage etc) to ensure information security. This would include initial stage of proposing to the senior management, policy and technology building and enforcement/monitoring of the policy.

Besides this company, I also have relationship with other similar companies in China. Im looking for a long term relationship if this works out well.
