Looking for PCB designer

A really simple PCB designing job for a simple circuit.

Looking for a PCB designer to design a very simple circuit, basically I have the components prototype on the breadboard , along with an Arduino Nano with a written code inside, tested and functional and wish to transfer to a PCB.

I will provide the drawing schematic and would like to seek a service of PCB designing to aid me in this very simple home project.

Extra notes:
1) Instead of plugging in the Arduino Nano into the PCB, I would like to have a stand alone Atmega328 SMD with clock, and microUSB for programming.

2) Time of completion: as long it can be done before February. Earlier the better.

1) Man-hour required for the job
2) Resume of working background
