I need a skilled PHP developer. Now, a majority of the work is utilizing a template I purchased - so it will be navigating this. It is a small project to start but I am looking for someone to be fast, efficient and able to pay attention to detail.

Also - right now i am having issues with the site constantly refreshing which may have to do with a plugin - i need someone skilled to identify causes to this issue fast.
