Looking for Python expert in Pattern Recognition

I am looking for expert in Shaplets, Mean & Variance and Clustering, Pattern matching & Event Detection.

I have a sample data for various signals - Pi, PD, Electrical Current, Vibration (DAS), TAS (Temperature Monitoring System), Wellhead Pressure, Flow Line pressures, Electrical Current, Voltage etc

We have completed Outlier removal, Discrete Wavelet Transform, Short Time Fourier Transform, FFT and CWT etc so there will not be any discussion on these topics.

Before we start, you need to complete simple assignment of unspervised clustering using 3 different approaches on some sample data (will share in csv file):

i> DTW Preserving Shaplets:- https://hal.archives-ouvertes.fr/hal-01565207v2/document (use Sklearn)

ii> KShape Clustering:- http://www1.cs.columbia.edu/~jopa/Papers/PaparrizosSIGMOD2015.pdf (use Tslearn, Sklearn)

iii> Extracting Feature using Tsfresh library, apply PCA and then use KMeans for clustering (use Tsfresh, Sklearn)

Please provide me the rough code for this assignment, I am looking for your understanding of the process.

I will pay fix amount for these assignments. If you have good knowledge on signal processing, we can switch this to hourly.
