Looking for the BEST UI/UX designers

Responsible for the user experience and product design for companys self-serve advertising/marketing platform
Work together with product managers, designers and engineers to understand business needs and deliver the best possible product experience for customers
Create and own companys product UX strategy, including establishing UX processes as well as UI style guides
Plan and conduct user research and survey, and translate feedbacks into wireframes and prototypes.
Contribute directly and oversee the creation of all wireframes, prototypes, user flow diagrams and interaction designs
Perform usability testing
Represent company at key industry events where required
Requirements

3+ years experience in a UI/UX design role.
Possess a solid grasp of user-centered design and testing methodologies, usability and accessibility concepts
Experience working in a collaborative team and working directly with developers for implementation of designs
Command a strong portfolio that demonstrates past experience designing for SAAS products and responsive design
Deep understanding of designing for mobile first products
Excellent communication skills with a proven track record presenting to and influencing senior management
Highly organized with extreme attention to detail
Good eye for aesthetics including layout, grid system, color usage and typography
Flexible and able to deal with ambiguity and amidst decision making
Be a good team player, meaning to be willing to help teammates and share knowledge with each other and grow as a team
Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism
Fluent English speaker
Having HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus
Experience with UX tools, including tools e.g. Sketch, Adobe Illustrator, Invision, Zeplin
