Magento 2 Server Litespeed & LiteMage

My Current website is on a AWS using CentOS
Now I Need to shift my Magento 2 Store to a new instance in AWS

Following tasks needs to be done:

1. Setup and Install Magento Optimized Stack based on litespeed server along with litemage cache- I am open to any other suggestion along with recommendation of Admin Panel to be used.
2. LetsEncrpyt SSL on all websites with autorenewal
3. Setting up a once click staging enviornment to test changes
4. Migrating all cron jobs and setting up automatic backups
5. Setup Redis or Memcache to work smoothly with Magento 2
6. Basic server requirements to be installed like GIT,ElasticSearch etc
7. Focus is on increasing speed of the website, TTFB has to be as per industry standard, looking for loading speeds of < 4 sec

Any other incidental task that needs to be done to get everything up and running

Please suggest architecture for your implementation
