Magento 2 Slow Page loading

Server Respons time 2.2second

Open frontend 2second
Open category page 4-20second depend quantity of product

We need you who know how to check magento speed and server response time and how to resolve conflicts and bottlenecks that lead to long response time so that server response time is as small as possible on server we have today. should be TTFB <0.1sec
We need magento to open category page, product page, checkout and other page fast as possible.

We need someone know how to:
Optimize and Minify CSS, JS, HTTP
Leverage Browser caching
HTTP request
CSS & JS: 7 static components without a far-future expiration date.
Use cookie-free domains
Cache settings

Generally there is few remaining issue in PageSpeed, but we have something in magento making pages slow to load.

We will correct all issue related to image compressing, missing img tag text and filetype, maybe need some help to understand how to solve some of this issue.
