Magento Azure Installation

Looking for someone with extensive experience setting up Magento 2 on an Azure server.
We have questions on the setup and configuration and best practice for such a setup.

-Weve used Bitnami to set up the initial installation but we are questioning if this should be set up as a virtual machine or App Services.

-We need a setup for proper development workflow that would exclude a live site from any development work.

- We need proper SSL certificate installed and configured.

-We need backups to be setup and scheduled.

-We need to configure the basic Magento settings

-We need to have a it set up for multi store capabilities.

Any other recommendations for setup and best practice from an experienced individual would be welcomed and future work for consulting services on the same topic are an option for additional income.

We are only looking for individuals who have experience in both Magento installation on Microsoft Azure.
