Lathem Time is one with leading providers of workforce management solutions to businesses in North America. Our systems compromise of cloud-based software, and associated hardware devices (time clocks) which allow employees to clock in and out for work. Lathem is a 100-year-old company, with a track record of providing high-quality reliable hardware, along with easy-to-use software.
We are currently looking for individuals with a very strong technical background in embedded electronic devices located in Thailand, Taiwan, or Vietnam to help us find a development and manufacturing partner for devices using the latest embedded technology and running the Android operating system.
This person shall communicate all technical and manufacturing requirements to our partner, and help manage the vendors actions to move the product from development to final production. This Liaison will facilitate communication on an as needed basis between Lathem Time and key development and manufacturing personnel and leaders to relay project requirements, maintain project integrity and motion, and to ensure effective communication between both parties. This individual must be fluent in English and the chosen country of the manufacturer, have clear written and verbal skills and preferably be located near the chosen manufacturer in the event of required factory visits. This will be an on retainer position.
