Metallurgist needed to suggest material for Percussion Hammer Adapter

Project:
Ramming a 60 inch pipe with a pipe rammer, which give 160 blows per minute with an energy of 220,000 Nm.
The Pipe rammer looks like a bullet, which will sit on a pipe adapter between the Rammer and Pipe.
Since the impact load on the Adapter will be repetitive and large, we need to select a suitable material for Forging of the Adapter.

Deliverable:
We want the FREELANCER to IDENTIFY the right metallurgy for this adapter, give a couple of options and explain why this choice is best
