We are a developer/administer of online behavioral surveys

We need a micro site that will house our surveys and send date, via an APII, to our main system

We need the following deliverables:

To complete all the deliverables, the right developer will have experience in the following:
- Experience transforming website wireframes into responsive web pages
- Experience ensuring websites are high-performing and following SEO best practices
- { Libraries, frameworks, languages, unit tests, version control, APIs}
- { Other requirements such as type of web app, industries, etc.)
