Microsoft Access (R)

I have a database that last freelancer could not finish two minor things, so two things are not working correctly.
1. When connections meeting list gets imported via excel de-duplicate logic is not working
a. De-duplicate by not importing/or deleting that data (data that gets imported that is under Relationships in the template), when new record in import has another record with same fields in: __________ Partner, company name and rdb with yes. All three field must exactly match.
b. De-duplicate in same way for ones already in the database.

2. Report named New Connections not working.
a. So report would show when a record that had nothing in the connector field from a Connection meeting and nothing in Rdb field, later because of new imports (or existing records in db), the Company name of the new record (from import or existing) matches the company name of an existing record (two/multiple records having matching company name) that has connector field blank and Rdb field with yes.
b. Same data points as Data tab.
c. You should be able to see both (all) matching records in the report.
