We own several small businesses: restaurants, stores, pharmacies in United States. We are presently using Dynamics CRM 2011 and several other home-grown systems to service our Enterprise customers. We are looking to upgrade to Dynamics 365 and consolidate our other systems so that the new CRM will be the only system that is central to the customer. We have in-house developers, a CRM project manager, but we are looking for certified expertise to help build the additional customization requires to retire our other systems.

This will likely be a one-year project and we would need your time exclusively wit the ability to work within our time-zone (New York Time)
