Mid-Senior Ruby & JS Developer for a Growing Crowdfunding Startup (Ruby on Rails, JS, TDD)

Our ambitions to change the world are high. We want to grow beyond just being a donation form. We want to be the social network for nonprofits and their supporters. This way you can follow friends and influencers to discover which great organizations they donate to. More importantly, you get updates from nonprofits to tell you what great things they did with your donation.

Next year we will work on crowfunding, api, and mobile donations apps!

Since we deal with payments, having a robust well-tested codebase is important to us.
We have a team of 4 talented Ruby on Rails developers but we need

1. A strong technical lead to a review, merge and deploy code.
2. Someone who will enforce well-written tests and clean code.
3. A leader who communicates well.
4. Understand our cloud server architecture and can fix issues quickly
5. Complete complex features.

You will start out coding a few features then move on to be a tech lead of a small team.
Looking for someone who is strong in TDD, Ruby, JS, and dev ops. We might integrate vuejs or reactjs this year.
