Mobile app consultant for Personality App development.

About us:
We are a youth ministry in need of developing an app that will help teens understand their friends better.

What were looking for:
An experienced consultant in the mobile app space. We have an idea of creating an app that allows one to identify descriptive words or phrases that best describes the person they are thinking of. We need help with how to get started with the design/technical requirements, overall mobile strategy, improving engagement, etc.

This project requires experience with:
- Experience with developing or launching mobile applications
- Other requirements based on project requirements, such as frameworks, libraries, unit testings, APIs
