The main idea is that the first database is displayed on the one hand of the app, with several indicators and it must be possible to filter and sort, on the other hand the differences of that percentage x must be shown and it must also be possible filter and order as the user wishes. I am looking for a user who is capable of developing both the back-end and the front-end of the application, if it can be natively for IOS and Android much better, it all depends on how the initial budget is adjusted.
