Modern Villa design

We would like to design and build our high end dream house in Cyprus, and we are looking to design in in 3 stages.

1. Sketch - just 4 general sketches from different angles. Just to see general shape of the house.
2. Full exterior, shape of the house and rooms
3. Interior design

In this stage, we are looking for Sketch only.

What we are looking for is modern house, build around indoor outdoor concept, with minimalist design.

Iw has to be two stories, with maximum high of 14 meters. The idea we have is that whole house will have as much as possible of glass facing one side - and the outline of the house would be U shaped - where inside of the U will be glass and sliding doors.

In the first floor, there should be big living room which is freely connected to the dining room and kitchen - where we would like to have high ceilings (only here).

There should be one guest living room in this floor, and toilet on the floor. As well as one room designated to technical support room and laundry.

On the second floor, we would like to have a master bedroom, with dressing room and bathroom all connected.
Child bedroom - somewhere nearby of the master.
Study -
Second guest room
Second bathroom
And one additional standalone WC.


Outside of the house, we are looking for infinity pool, some green area (preferably inside of the U) and other side of the house, we would like to have garage for 3 cars - with little man cave included - where will be bar for 4 guest and TV and sofa.
