Moodle Expert - Set up new LMS

Moodle expert needed to help set up the newest version of Moodle (or one of the newer versions), along with a new modern theme. You will also need to set up our course as an app through Moodle, so users can download the app and study for our courses through phone/tablet. You will not need to set up any courses, we will do that. You will need to customize the theme to include our colors, logo, name, etc.

Experience setting up Moodle is required. Our budget is $100 for this project.
