We are looking for a person who can upgrade a Moodle v.3.3.2+ (Build: 20170915) to the Moodle v. 3.8.2+ (Build: 20200502) Version 2019111802.11

Its very important to preserve all the data and files of the courses, users and keep all content.

In addition to the upgrade, we also need to move the dataroot folder to a new location and make the neccesary changes in the config file to make it work correctly.

Additional info
The actual installation of Moodle is running in a server with PHP v7.1.33 and SSL.
