Motion graphic design based on a story and graphic assets

We have developed a mobile word game for iOS and Android for which we are intending to create a video on our YouTube Channel to promote the game and raise awareness.

We provide the following:
- a script of a story
- a voice - over audio file (that narrates the story)
- A background music file that plays along with the video
- mobile game graphic assets (such as attached maze graphic and other files to use for the video design)

We need a video editor to bring this project to reality and build a 4.5-min video that is organized in a intro of 2-3 seconds, a story of 3 minutes, a conclusion of 1.5 minutes.
