Need a design for a new apartment

Hi,
Im moving to 4 rooms apartment and looking for somone to help me design the rooms
I am a single mum, and have 4 children: 2 boys at the age of 8 and 4.
2 girls at the age of 6 and 7.
I want to design with Ikea or other places i an order in the interntet.
I wand warm home but yet with modern design.
