A person who is familiar with system administration and networking under Linux, specifically Ubuntu. Who has experience working with bash, squid and configuring HTTP web proxies.

Project consists of figuring out what could be the cause of problems in a multi GSM module proxy configuration, from a point in time only 3 of modems work. Looks like there is a issue at driver/usb initialization level since the rest 6 are not listed as usb devices, while all dongles are functional and physical connection is also okay.
