Needs to be a Wordpress Website. Got to have pictures, prices, about us, contact page, privacy page etc.

These are all standard and included in ready made templates so send me your samples of what you think might look good and ill select the freelancer with the best ones.

Price is fixed. I will not be negotiating it.
