Need After effects cartoon animations of cloud with rain and lightning

We need After Effects cartoon animations of a cloud with lightning and rain.

I will share some animation examples with shortlisted candidates, but the animation we need should have:
- the cloud is more defined and more movement within
- the lightning should be inside the cloud
- the lightning and rain start 5 seconds from the start of the video (so there will be 5 seconds of just cloud movement before the lightning and the rain)
- the lightning should look like in the attached video
- the rain should look like in the video but has to be vertical and not as intense (it would be great if there would be an east way to change intensity in After Effects project).

The job outcome should have:
- cloud+lightning+rain video
- just rain video (the same rain as in the video with the cloud but in a separate video)
- 4K resolution
- include both After effects project as well as rendered file with Alpha channel (so 4 files total)
