Need AI feature to learn from many different inputs of time series and output of decisions

I have a chart with 8 price graphs (Forex prices). There are different elements of importance I need to weigh out/factor -
I.e. - is it strongrest currency out of the 8? the weakest?
was it selected because of recent momentum?
was it selected because of overall strength/weakness?
.. a few more questions like the above

So I am hopping that after I can manually enter my inputs for X test cases, the AI can backtrack on my own analysis and provide output that is similar to what i would pick
(remember, I have 8 currencies and I need to pick 1 strongest and 1 weakest - which I later cross them into a an actual forex trade)

A little bit about the time series
I have a List of 8 Dictionaries (Time/Price) each entry is 5 minutes apart (i.e., 12:05, 12:10, 12:15..) usually 5-6 days long.
I need to analyze the 8 currency dictionaries based on the given criteria.. and let the AI feature to figure out who looks strong and who looks weak. Based on sample inputs that I will enter..

I am an experienced C# developer, I can give you a demo of my existing chart program, all data is on my local SQL.. the only thing missing is an AI feature. I need a data scientist who can log to my machine and and do all the science stuff.

There are now capabilities to incorporate Python ML within my C# application.. we could explore that, or whatever else that could make sense
