Need Amazon Flat File that Will upload CORRECTLY for my Clock Listings.

Mainly I am looking for a flat file that is going to work for me in the future for me to edit anything like a price later on down the road. I have errors that need to be fixed ASAP. Like starting today!!! So what I need is 1. A working flat file that will work when uploaded to Amazon. 2. My bullet point that says "Not Actual Wood. This is a printed image adhered onto a 1/8" thick hard masonite wood base. " CHANGED TO "Not Actual Wood. A PRINTED DECAL. This is a printed image adhered onto a 1/8" thick hard base." 3. A sale price made at $19.99 with the original price being $31.56. 4. The 4th row under both Search terms and Platinum Keywords must always say "office wall clock, gift, christmas gift, Large clock, hanging clock, circle clock". (some rows had accidentally got deleted. 5. All three photos must always be in each listing. (the last person had stopped putting in my last two photos) 6. All shipping weights must be 15 oz. Let me know who can do this? We are only touching the 10.5" clock listings not any other items. I also want to have the flat file in which you edit/make.
