Need Amazon RDS specialist to migrate a large amount of Microsoft Sql Server databases to Amazon.

Looking to move databases to Amazon RDS. Need someone that is very knowledgeable with both Microsoft SQL Server and Amazon RDS. Will be responsible for migration from start to finish, and making sure everything is setup to continue operations as normal when completed. This would include that all dbs are setup and accessible, jobs are setup and run correctly, etc. Also looking to have application and data redundancies with simple/automatic failover.

Recommendations on best practices and policies a major plus.
