Were looking for a person that can interact with developers and groups to better integrate JIRA and Confluence into our teams workflows. This person will be provided general direction and will be expected to use best practices and established norms, but will also be encouraged to monitor queues and connect directly with teams to determine their needs.

Some level of experience with Atlassian products is required, and experience with the following is preferred:
* Server-based testing and upgrades
* All stages of JIRA project attribute creation and management (workflows, screens, permissions, etc)
* Creating calculated fields in JIRA
* User management, and integration with SAML

Were looking for a big-picture thinker, who can work within a system but come up with novel (but supportable) solutions. A self-starter with a desire to help others succeed is also required.

Due to client requirements, you must also successfully complete a background check before you will be able to begin your work with this position.
