Need an Solutions Architect / ongoing Product Owner role to work with me on Incubation project

First off, I an a technologist. I am heavily vested in the Cloud and Microservice space, and a Certified Enterprise Architect in multiple frameworks.

That aside, while yes, I could do this myself, I dont have the time. I need someone that can take our verbal discussions with whiteboarding and document out the requirements of different layers of the project. In the end we should have a rough architecture that a team of developers can follow through each segment or service assigned to them. This will encompass Web Front end, Cross device support, backend microservices, blockchain routines, cryptoexchange, and data structures to handle different life cycles, likely to be in multiple forms of data backends. These artifacts will be kicked off to other freelance developer teams. I will be personally reviewing and giving feedback.

What I want to see is this:
I need proof that you have architecture experience
Proof that you understand the architectural layers for Cloud Native Microservices
I would like to see examples of projects that you were an architect on with proof of your involvement
I want to see diagrams that you have produced to communicated different layers of the technology

I will work with you on what tool to use for deliverable, but I prefer Lucidchart and saved to a Google Drive.

This project is the first of a many projects that will come out of this exercise. We will need to pull in the experts in various fields for those Microservices. If you are a developer, or work with a team, if you do a great job building out the architecture and requirements, you would certainly have first to apply for the other parts of the application.

I cannot get into more detail as it will require an NDA.

I am looking for an hourly rate and block of hours per week towards devlierables.
LEAN Startup and or Lean Six Sigma experience a huge plus!
