Need Android developer. Draw and zoom on canvas with background image.

Hello developer,
Need an Android app that contence a single activity.
Which can select image and draw over image with zoom in and zoom out feature.
After zoom in or zoom out or move image the draw coordinates shouldnt be changed.
There is 3 buttons 1 pen 2 zoom 3 save image.

For example my own project available on git you can use code if possible or create your own. But there is problem when we zoom or zoom out or move picture then draw line change there place.
