Need App/Web development for remotely managed vending machines

Deliverables:
1) a web app/dashboard for remote vending machine management
2) Smart Phone App for customers to use with the vending machines

This product documentation mentions JSON.

This product is a vending machine with In-App payment option

Workflow:
1) customer uses app to locate nearest vending machine via GPS
2) customer uses app to rent item from vending machine for x amount of time.
3) once done, customer uses app to locate nearest vending machine to return item.
4) transaction complete.
