Need Beta Web App built for Communicating Song elements to Crew Members in the Music Industry

Im looking for a freelancer who can build a basic web application version of a Numbers document I created for Touring Production Crews and for Touring Bands without Crew members.

I need someone who can create what i envision, based on the document and other mock ups ive created.

WHAT IS IT?
the Numbers document i created is called TECHLIST.
It contains a Master sheet of all the details for a bands song peformance from a crew perspective (when the singer sits down to a piano, when and where the solos are, what guitars and used, when, etc.)

within the document there are Set Lists for the Band and all the other Crew Members (Tech 1, Tech 2, video, Front of House, Monitors, Lighting, IMAG). When you type in the songs in a set list for the band, those fields allow the master to pull information about those songs and populate the notes for the crew members in their own Set List (Techlist)

Ive used this with Guest Sound engineers for our band, Video camera operators during Festival Season, and guest Guitar Techs when Ive been unavailable.


Primarily I think this will be for touring bands who dont have a sound man out front, monitor engineers, or lighting technicians. With this app, the bands dont have to write out the same notes as they did the night before to another audio engineer they never met.

However Ive used this with an A List artist for the past year with great success.
