Need browser caching specialist to answer my questions on the phone - 30min maximum

Hey people,

I need a browser caching specialist to answer some of my questions regarding browser caching of a website.

We will go as deep as the cache-control response header, the etag response header and mostly we will have to answer if yes or no a certain website has caching enabled (it has several file with ETAG, but little with a clear cache control directive. Yet Google chrome indicates it loads CSS/JS files from memory or disk so I guess the ETAG is doing the cache but i want to understand whats happening)
