Need customization for Wordpress theme (CouponHut)

I am using a theme called CouponHut to create a website similar to Groupon but the niche area are restaurants, cafes and bars in Medellin, Colombia. I have already installed it on Wordpress and enabled the child theme.

However, I am struggling taking advantage of the themes full capabilities and looking for someone who has experience building similar websites on wordpress.

Here are my requirements

1) Setting up geodirectory properly so when a user clicks on cities, Medellin, Colombia shows up. In addition, ability to enter more cities in the future.

2) If someone enters Italian food, for example, under Im searching for ________ they should be directed to only Italian restaurants in the city.

2) Edit the membership and subscription area. Business owners will need to subscribe monthly to gain access to the membership area that allows them to upload deals.

3) Create a pop up that asks tourists to subscribe to the newsletter that will notify them of new deals.

4) Upload at least 100 restaurants, bars, cafes in the city (Medellin).

5) Optimize it for SEO
