Need designer to redo our workbook for Leadership Development Training Class

We are looking for someone to redo our training workbook to look more professional. The workbook is 60 pages long and in WORD. We would also like to have created a new cover page for the workbook. This project would have to be created in a format that we would be able to change in the future in case we customized the program and needed to make edits to the workbook ourselves.
