Need developers to join my team for ongoing projects. Help me scale and you will get paid well.

I am a web designer that has hit bandwidth. I own my own corporation and am ready to bring on new talented and passionate individuals to help me grow my business. I am ideally looking for a long term set up but we will start with two major upcoming projects. The right candidates will be highly motivated and highly skilled in Javascript and at least one primary language like html or even swift.
Knowing how to use Squarespace and Wordpress will be a must.

I have spent the last four years building a business and am ready to scale up and to do it I need two awesome people who want to take on the challenge of building up a business. I am even willing to give shares of my company after an agreed upon time so you get to own the business you are growing. I will need a little help with project management as we ramp up, and you will ideally be way more skilled than I am with the programming side. I come from the creative design side and I happen to be good at building websites, I just need a team now.

I am primarily a web design company that builds websites. In building, I discover additional needs like content copy, seo, blog writing, social media, and analytics tracking and generally sell retainers to assist in those efforts. The plan is rock solid and proven and we will only explode from here so if you want to own a company and work really hard to make the next big creative agency with me lets talk.

The pay will be good based on skills, and industry standards. I intend to incentivize with end of year bonuses and really want to create an awesome environment where everyone feels valued and gets paid what they deserve.
