Need E commerce Whole store Website

I need a whole store website. Dont need any work on the design. I will purchase an eCommerce template from template monster. We will have unlimited categories and unlimited products. So there will be no limit on product addition. We will need high speed loading site. So I will need your suggestions which framework is best?? Woocommerce, Magento, Prestashop, Shopify etc. If you convenience me which framework is better and why, I will hire you right away. I can you pay you good money provided you convince me which framework to use. We will also want high security for the website. The website should be controlled completely from backend.
