Need experienced web scraper to obtain details on 12k professionals from an online listing

Need a good web scraper with excellent attention to detail to accurately obtain information from a database of medical specialists and enter into a excel or similar spreadsheet.
The database is called Aushealthpages, and the full listing can be found at /directory/listing.

You will need to scrape details from the details page of each of the listings (i.e. follow the link), I also have a full list of the detail page URLs already which I can provide.

The information I need is;

- Name
- Phone number
- City
- Specialty
- Practicing at Name of clinic - not all pages have this
- Suburb of work locations
- Address for work locations (at bottom of detail page), there are sometimes several

Addresses need to be clean and in a format where they can be directly entered into a google maps search and it will result in the correct location.
