Need help finishing an app I started.

The app is a simple WYSIWYG website builder that allows users to select a website template, edit and add their text/image/video, and launch a website to a domain name.

I have already designed some of the app in ionic with angular.

Basically what I need help with is:
-Basic CRUD operations (create a website, create pages, update and edit pages, delete pages, delete website, delete account)
-Connecting the ionic app to firebase for auth, storage, and multi tenant setup rules
-Connect domain name api and stripe payment api

Will need ongoing long term contract for continued development if we have a good working relationship.
