Need help in developing a business plan, marketing strategy and plan for a social enterprise tech startup

I need an experienced marketing professional to help me develop a business plan and marketing strategy and plan for a technology startup that is offering an innovative social responsibility (CSR and Community) digital ecosystem that will revolutionise the industry. I need someone who can help me interpret our (high level) business strategy and goals to research and develop our marketing strategy and plan. This will include marketing strategy, 6 Ps, funding, etc. and the relevant demographic/market research and a recommended digital marketing plan. We are an early stage startup so please don't expect much documentation, however the founders are highly innovative and pioneers in the CSR industry and come from a technology background.
