Need help setting up Magento Open Source 2.3.4 on my hosted Windows Server

I would need you to install Magento Open Source 2.3.4 on my hosted Ionos.com Windows Server. After its installed, create a simple website with a few test items using the Magento framework and link Magento with my PayPal Sandbox account for testing the purchase of transactions.
