Need help with AWS auto scaling and Code Deploy

We need some help with AWS. These are things that i need help with:
1. Autocaling is not working well under load, ec2s are going unhealthy on load.
2. they should work perfectly fine with code deploy (need to fine tune it)
3. Servers needs to be in provate subnet, we can use NAT for that

Application is PHP based.
