Need help with BANCOMER BUSINESS online account in Mexico

I have a business account with Bancomer in Todos Santos, Mexico. I am in Canada and am trying to do online banking. I can sign in as ADMINF but this does not allow me to do online transfers and pay bills online. To do this I must create another administrator. This is where I have problems. I have to use a token to sign in so I need someone who can also sign on to their own Bancomer business account and who can then guide me through the process over the phone. Regards.
