Need Logistics and Online Procurement Operation Assistant

Job Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and pricing a variety of equipment and material.
- Supply chain handling including tracking and handling orders and shipments.
- Negotiation with vendors on orders and discounts
- Updating the clients about their orders
- Maintaining the products presented in companys online store
- Negotiating with new vendors for including their products on companys online store
- Preparation of reports to clients and towards company management
Position Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in similar positions.
- Very good writing and verbal English skills.
- Good computer knowledge and skills including MS Office, Email, Internet browsing
- Fast learner
- A self-motivated, independent thinker
- A proven track record and demonstrated career stability
Secondary Evaluation Criteria:
- Selling experience in the following is a plus :
o General supplies
o Government Services
o Facility and Supply Services
o Professional and Technical Services
- Self-driven, Can do attitude.
- Understanding of federal government opportunities and relevant points of contact
