Need software QA consultant

We are a community of volunteers who support our users and one another as we develop a free, open source software requirements management tool (OSRMT) that gives everyone an alternative to expensive, proprietary commercial products.

In our new release process, we plan to deliver a new release on the last day of every month. Part of our validation process just prior to release is a complete build, static analysis, regression test and volume test of a GUI-based product written in Java. We also use the regression test during Continuous Integration as part of our daily build. We need someone to advise us on regression and volume testing tools (they must be free, open source), set regression and volume testing up and update the regression test after every release to test the changes and new features. Initially the regression test will be basic but will get more comprehensive with every release.
