Need STATA data conversion script

I have 10-15 text files (tab delimited....e.g. 00001|new york| 2019| ...)

And, I have data dictionary for each file. Some files have only 2-3 variables. Some have 15-18 variables.

I need help to convert the raw text file to .dta

I cannot share the raw text files. But, I can send the data dictionary and file names.
