Need Tech Assistant for Chrome malware issue

Looking for a freelancer with experience in network administration or security. Recently I opened a fake Flash update and the malware was installed onto my mac. I took the computer in to get wiped but the bug still affects my Chrome browser. Every time I open Chrome it takes me to a site called WEKNOW and Im guessing theres other related bugs affecting my computer. It also pops up whenever I open a new tab.

Im looking for someone who I could speak with to either walk me through this fix or could refer me to a program that would take care of it.
