Need Tele Marketing Sales Associate ( English + Hindi Language speaking must )

Need a female Tele caller for my website, before applying please read this post clearly , I need 8 hours of work for 6 days and you must have a software to call USA and Canada residents and business owners, once you show me sales and results , as of now I have 2 options
Option 1: Commission based : All the sales what ever you make every day / week / month you will be paid 40% of it with out any deductions and it is flat 40% of amount, and I odnt care how many hours you work, or how you speak it is completely no stress job for you and me

Option2: Salart based: salary is fixed for $300 / Month + 15% commission on each sale, and if you capable of showing good results in 3 months salary will be $500/ Month + 20% commission each sale, and all the calls data and call status reports must be maintained and share every day after work and eevry day before you commence to work you need to contact me and explain what is your daily goal. . need to start work immediately and pay will be every 15 days and interview immediately just 1-2 days training

NOTE: you must have your own calling software to USA and Canada phone numbers
