Need to create a VOIP offering for our company to sell to other companies

We are an IT firm here in San Diego and have a lot of different customers. We currently give away all our VOIP business to another company. However, we are interested in building our solution from open source VOIP and selling it to our client base.

We are looking for someone who wants to join us on this venture for a long-term project to help us build a great VoIP solution. The solution that I like is, having a small PBX locally and then one in the cloud that we can roll over to. We already have a colocation facility with the ability to roll out more servers if needed.

The first client would be us, and then we could start selling it to clients. It will be important to make sure we can create IVR rules and processes around this so our engineers can operate the system and add clients as needed. Add new phones if needed and also make it so that we have a good solid offering and our servers are not going down and excellent phone service.

Also, we want to be able to analyze the internet traffic at the client end to make sure we have good bandwidth so we will want to install a Mikrotik firewall at every client as well separate from the other firewall they use for regular internet access. This way we can monitor things and make sure we have full control with Vlans as well. We need to have the most control, so when problems arise, we can fix them quickly. We are looking for a longtime player in this. Also, someone who knows where to get the best deal on trunks to purchase as well so we can keep profits good.
